Changes & Updates in JEE Mains 2025 Syllabus
- There is no major change in the JEE Main 2025 syllabus for Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Only a few topics are added in Electromagnetism and Organic Chemistry.
- The syllabus for Papers 2A and 2B (B. Arch and B. Planning) has been updated to reflect the new National Curriculum Framework for B. Arch and B. Planning (2021).
Revised JEE Main Exam Pattern 2025
NTA has released the new exam pattern for the JEE Mains 2025 exam. NTA has implemented the previous exam pattern that used to be followed before the pandemic. The details of the revised exam pattern are as follows:
- The updated exam pattern eliminates optional questions in Section B for both Paper 1 and Paper 2, bringing the test back to its conventional format.
- The B.E/B. Tech test will now consist of 75 mandatory questions divided equally across three sections: Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
- Each part will include 25 questions, consisting of 20 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) and 5 numerical value questions.
