
The National Test Agency (NTA) has announced the commencement of the application process for the JEE Main 2024 Session 1. The candidates can visit the official website https://jeemain.nta.ac.in/ or http://www.nta.ac.in/. Read the instructions before filling up the application form. Furthermore, the last date of application is November 30.
The first session of the exam will be held between January 24 to February 01, 2024. The candidates who have passed class 12th or equivalent in 2022, 2023, or appearing in 2024 can apply for the exam. The centre allocation slip will be issued in the second week of January. However, the admit cards will be issued three days before the JEE 2024 examination.
JEE (Main) – 2024 will be conducted in 13 languages including English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu.

A candidate can apply for one session or for both sessions (January & April Sessions) together and pay the exam fee accordingly. A separate application can be made in November for Session 1 and in February for Session 2. The details of the application are shared below:

Important Instructions For Candidates
Candidates must adhere to the following instructions before filling out the JEE 2024 registration form:
- JEE Main 2024 applications must only be filed “Online” through the JEE official website.
- Other modes of application will not be accepted.
- Each candidate must only submit one application.
- Multiple Application Form submissions are strictly prohibited, and those who do so will be disqualified.
- Candidates must follow the guidelines contained in the Information Bulletin and on the NTA website.
- Failure to follow these instructions will result in disqualification.
- It is important to add the email address and mobile number in the Online Application Form which should belong to the candidate or their parents/guardians.
- NTA will send all communication and information via email to the registered email address or SMS to the registered mobile number.
Fee for JEE (Main) – 2024 for Each Session

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for JEE (Main)- 2024 there is no age limit. The candidates who have passed the 12th class in the year 2022 or 2023 or appearing in 2024 are eligible to fill up the JEE Main 2024 irrespective of their age. However, the candidates may be required to fulfil the age criteria of the institution to which they are desirous to seek admission.
