Physical universe and measurement, kinematics, laws of motion, work, energy, and power, the motion of a system of particles and a rigid body, gravity, properties of bulk matter, heat, and thermodynamics, the behaviour of a perfect gas and kinetic theory, oscillations and waves, and modern physics are covered in class XI.
Electrostatics, current electricity, the magnetic effects of current and magnetism, electromagnetic induction and alternating currents, electromagnetic waves, ray optics, the dual nature of matter and radiation, atoms and nuclei, and electronic devices are the subjects covered in class XII.
Biology Syllabus for AIIMS preparation:
Class XI: Biomolecules, Cell Structure and Function, Plant Physiology, Human Physiology, and Structural Organization in Animals and Plants.
Biology and Human Welfare, Ecology and Environment, Genetics and Evolution, Reproduction, Biotechnology and Its Applications, and Genetic Diversity.
Chemistry Syllabus for AIIMS preparation:
Class XI: Redox Reactions, Chemical Bonding, Classification of Elements and Periodicity in Properties, States of Matter: Gases and Liquids, Thermodynamics, Equilibrium, and Some Basic Concepts of Chemistry Alkali and alkaline earth metals are s-block elements, as are some p-block elements, hydrocarbons, some basic principles and techniques of organic chemistry, and environmental chemistry.
Class XII covers the following topics: solid state, solutions, electrochemistry, chemical kinetics, surface chemistry, general principles and processes of element isolation, p-block elements, d and f-block elements, coordination compounds, haloalkanes and haloarenes, alcohols, phenols, and ethers, aldehydes, ketone acids, and carboxylic acids, organic compounds containing nitrogen, biomolecules, polymers, and chemistry.
Exam Pattern to focus for AIIMS 2023 examination
It is also important to understand the AIIMS 2023 Exam Pattern. The exam consists of 200 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs), each containing 50 questions. Each correct answer carries one mark, and there is no negative marking for wrong answers.
