NEET 2025 Registration Process

Based on past trends, the NEET UG application generally starts in February, with the last date in March. NEET 2025 application forms will be available on neet.ntaonline.in. The details of the registration process are provided below:

The NEET 2025 Registration Form normally requires personal information such as name, date of birth, gender, category, contact information, academic qualifications, images, payment information, and nationality.  Several essential guidelines should be followed throughout the NEET 2025 Exam application procedure. NEET 2025 Application Fees (Expected)

The applicants are required to pay the NEET application fee according to their category. The details of the NEET application fee 2025 (expected) are provided in the table below:

The fee is payable online through debit/credit cards, net banking, or UPI. Additional processing charges and GST will be applicable. 

Students should save the receipt, application number and other details for future reference.

How to Complete NEET Registration 2025 Form

Once the application form notification has been received on the official website, students can start their online application by following the steps discussed below:

1. Visit the official website: Go to the NTA official website for NEET at neet.ntaonline.in and find the registration link tab.

2. Click on the tab and fill in the personal information.

The page will ask you for information such as:

Name of Candidate

Date of Birth

Parent’s Details

Gender and Nationality.

3. Category and Identification:

Choose the most appropriate category for your application

Choose the identification document you will be carrying with you at the exam centre.

4. Contact Information

Add the contact details such as mobile number, email address, and postal address.

5. Add Security PIN and Password

Choose the security PIN and password for your application and save it for future reference.

6. OTP Verification

After the password generation, an OTP will be directed to your registered email address and mobile number. Complete the registration process by verifying your details by entering the OTP.

This will provide you with a provisional application number for your NEET exam and will serve as a candidate application number while you log in to the NEET 2005 Candidate Portal.

What to Do After NEET 2025 Registration?

Once you have successfully registered for the NEET 2025 exam and generated your provisional application ID you should follow the instructions given below:

1. Log in to the application form: Using the credentials generated during the registration process login to your account.
2. Fill out the NEET 2025 application form: Fill in the detailed information in the NEET application form according to your knowledge.
3. Upload required documents: Upload a copy of the documents listed below in the prescribed format and size.
4. Pay the application Fee: Use an online payment such as credit card/debit card/UPI/NEFT etc. pay the fees.
5. Print the acknowledgement receipt: once you successfully pay the fee, an acknowledgement receipt will be provided. Take the printout of the receipt for future reference.

• Class 10th and 12th Passing Certificate
• Aadhaar Card
• Scanned Finger and Thumb Impressions
• Signature (Scanned)
• Recent Passport-size Photograph
• Valid ID Proof
• Category Certificate (if applicable)
• Domicile Certificate.

What is the Eligibility Criteria for NEET 2025 Application

The candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria given below are eligible to fill out the NEET 2025 application form:

1. Candidates must have passed or are appearing for the class 12th exam 2025 with core subjects Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
2. Candidates must have secured at least 50% in class 12th for the general category, 40% for SC/ST/OBC, and 45% for PwD candidates.
3. Candidates should be 17 years old on 31st December 2025 to fill out the application form.
4. Students who are Non-Resident Indians (NRIs), Overseas Citizens of India (OCIs), Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs), and foreign nationals can also fill out the NEET 2025 application form (see information brochure for details).
5. There is no upper age limit for NEET applications.
