JEE Main Result 2025 Session 2 Out: NTA (National Test Agency) has released JEE Main Session 2 results on April 19, 2025, on its official website. JEE Main Session 1 Result 2025

JEE Main Session 1 was conducted on January 22, 23, 24, 28, and 29. The results were officially declared on February 11, 2025. Students can get detailed results from the JEE official website and check whether they are eligible for the JEE Advanced 2025 exam. 

The JEE Main 2025 result is important to secure a seat and look for JEE Advanced eligibility in 32 NITS, 26 IIITS, 40 GFTIS, and other participating colleges. The applicants who are among the top 2.5 lakh passed candidates are only eligible for the JEE Advanced 2025 exam. The application for JEE Advanced will start from April 23, 2025. JEE Main Result 2025: Tie-Breaking Policy

A tie occurs when two or more applicants score equal marks; in such cases, the ranking will be provided as follows:

  1. The applicant scoring higher marks in Mathematics will be ranked higher.
  2. If the tie persists, Physics marks will be considered.
  3. If the tie remains, Chemistry marks will be taken into account.
  4. If the tie is unresolved, the number of incorrect answers across all subjects will be checked, with preference given to applicants with fewer incorrect answers.
  5. Adding to the process, the number of incorrect answers will be preferred in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry.

What After JEE Main Result?

After the result declaration of both sessions, candidates who ranked among the top 2.5 lakh candidates can appear for JEE Advanced, while other candidates can participate in the Joint Seat Allocation Process (JOSAA) counselling. The counselling session will help them to secure a seat in NITS, IIITS, and other CFTIS participating in the JEE exam.
