However, from this year, the JIPMER 2020 exam has been replaced by the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET). Brief about the syllabus for the examination

The JIPMER 2020 or the NEET 2020 has subjects like Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Zoology and Botany) that students have to study. The questions paper has a total of 180 questions from the subject mentioned. The syllabus is consistent with class 11 and class 12 subjects. The details about the topics are given below.

Syllabus for Physics for preparing for the examination

Out of the 180 questions, 45 questions will be from Physics subject. The syllabus of Physics comprises of topics from class 11 and class 12. Following are the topics which students have to study

Class 11 topics

  3. Laws of Motion
  4. Work, Energy and Power
  5. Motion of System of Particles and Rigid Body

Class 12 topics

Syllabus for Chemistry for preparing for the examination

In the examination, 45 questions will be asked, and the total marks for this section come up to 180 marks. Students have like in Physics have to prepare from the syllabus of Class 11 and Class 12.

Syllabus for Biology for preparing for the examination

The syllabus for biology consists of Zoology and Botany; 45 questions from Zoology and 45 questions from Botany would be asked in the examination, and it comprises a total of 180 marks each. Students, like the other two subjects, have to prepare for the Class 11 and Class 12 syllabus
